

Nicoleta Mirea, born in 1967 in Romania, is currently a doctoral candidate pursuing a degree in Engineering and Management and a Research Centre in Engineering and Management member at Politehnica University of Timisoara. With a focus on innovation and technological transfer as means of improving education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), she has published more than 25 scientific articles in both national and international journals. In 2015, Nicoleta completed her Master’s degree in Business Management in Industry, following her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Economics in the Mechanical Field from Politehnica University of Bucharest in 2004. Since 2013, she has been a dedicated educator in pre-university education, teaching Economics and Entrepreneurial Education. Nicoleta’s diverse professional experience spans across various fields, including business consulting, project coordination, and specific activities within the transportation sector. Additionally, her participation in local development and community education projects underscores a genuine commitment to social causes and a desire to contribute to community progress.
