Nishika Jayasinghe is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Business Economics and law, Auckland University of Technology (AUT). She is working as a teaching assistant attached to the department of Business Information Systems, AUT. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her Master of Business Administration in Information Technology, from the university of Sri Jayewardenepura and from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. She has over 15 years of experience as a lecturer in Sri Lankan University. She has presented her research at conferences such as Pacific Asia Conference of Information Systems. Her interest is to work with a group of people to learn new places and concepts which help her to go forward in her research career.
